For employees

Your company set this up.

Launchpath is bought by the company, for the people who are leaving. A company has to have arranged the program before this applies to you. You cannot buy it on your own from this page.

What to do this week

If your employer set this up, the note below is the same one a manager can hand you in the room. Open the link they send, upload a resume, and say what the search should look like.

Questions go to hello@getlaunchpath.com. If no one at your company has arranged this, that email is still the right place to ask, and the answer may be that there is nothing to enroll in yet.

Launchpath

For you, on the day you leave

Your company has set this up. Here is what happens next.

  1. Open the link we send. Upload your resume and tell us the roles you want, the pay you need, and anything that should shape the search.
  2. We rewrite the resume for the US market.
  3. Each week for 90 days: matched open roles from company career pages, a group session, and interview prep.
  4. What you tell us about pay and personal constraints stays with us. Your company hears about interviews, offers, and whether you have accepted a role.

Tell us your company sent you

Use this only if a company has already arranged Launchpath for you. We use it to match you to that arrangement. It does not sign you up on your own.

Required fields are marked. Name the company that referred you so we can tell this apart from a company inquiry.
